When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits. This usually includes browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, the time of the request and your IP address, in shortened or full form.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically sound and secure operation of the website. The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

If you write to us by email, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Contact form

The form on this website transmits nothing to our server and stores nothing in your browser. It simply assembles your entries into a prepared message and opens it in your own email programme. Only when you click send there does the message reach us — through your own email provider, not through this website.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or audience measurement tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are embedded locally, so no connection to external servers is made when the page loads. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

6. External links

We link to LinkedIn and other external sites. These links only become active when you click them. The privacy terms of the respective providers apply to any data processing on the linked pages.

7. Processing within the EU

The controller is established in Estonia and therefore within the European Economic Area. No personal data is transferred to a third country through this website.

Where we need to pass your enquiry on to colleagues or partners outside the EEA as part of our sales work, we base this on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as it is necessary to initiate or perform a contract.
